Refund Policy

At CareerTopRise, we’re committed to delivering high-value services. This Refund Policy outlines how and
when refunds may be issued for resume reviews, career consultations, and digital products.
1. Resume Review Services
- Refunds are available only before our team begins review.
- If your resume has already been analyzed or feedback has been sent, the service is considered
rendered and non-refundable.
- In case of technical error (e.g., payment issue or file not received), a full refund may be granted.
2. One-on-One Career Consultations
- Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
for a full refund or credit.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- If your coach is unavailable or the session cannot proceed due to our error, we will reschedule or
issue a full refund.
3. Downloadable Products or Career Guides
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once accessed.
- If you encounter technical issues accessing your purchase, we will assist or refund in full.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email billing@careertoprise.com within 7 days of your transaction.
Include your full name, service purchased, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment
method.
Currency conversion fees or banking delays may vary by provider.
